Hey There, I’m Renee!
Most of us were not taught how our bodies work (Hi, it’s me!) and my goal is to help fill that gap and help you overcome hormonal symptoms that are wreaking havoc on your health and sense of well-being.
My passion is helping you navigate the noisy health and wellness space to finally understand how to eat/live/be to:
Help you through the physical and emotional challenges of perimenopause by looking deeper at your symptoms, your cycle history, and the right functional testing
Improve your overall health and troubleshoot hormonal symptoms so you can feel like yourself (or even better) again
Finally address those symptoms you’ve been normalizing or ignoring before they amplify during perimenopause (yup they’ll do that!!)
Know what foods and lifestyle changes support balanced hormones, healthy energy, good moods and rockin’ libido
How to nourish your body based on your goals, food preferences, and busy life
Help you know that your body isn’t broken or working against you, you just need a different approach
Be an advocate and support, and teach you how to advocate for your health in our medical system
